On 21 March 2023, our Joint Managing Director, Joanne Kingsnorth featured on a webinar for MGI Worldwide’s -Women who Lead Group. MGI Worldwide is a global accounting network, which Seymour Taylor is a member of.
The webinar, which was on creating a good Work-life balance and Well-being in the workplace was a great success attracting 77 female leaders from across MGI’s global community to discuss strategies for achieving a better work-life balance and well-being.
Joanne, and Maike Huneke, Partner and Lawyer at Menold Bezler, Germany, shared their experiences and explored the important topic of work-life balance and well-being on the webinar.
Joanne and Maike talked about the strategies and approaches they use for themselves and their teams to promote a better balance in the workplace and how they fit their lives around their work, helping them juggle busy lives while remaining healthy and focused.
