In many cases, a set of figures once a year is not enough. We
therefore encourage our clients to consider quarterly, monthly
or even weekly management accounts to be in the best possible
position to react to economic change.Management accounts in
their basic form record recent business performance and usually
include projective elements such as cashflow and profit
forecasts. They accordingly assist greatly in financial decision
making.
There is no legal requirement to produce management accounts,
but they can prove to be invaluable when it comes to running a
business effectively.
Many clients like to be able to produce management accounts
themselves and we are happy to assist in the set-up, maintenance
or interpretation of whatever system they choose to use. |
