moment, we are looking for:
Trainee
Accountants
We are a
well established, expanding, forward thinking firm and due to
expansion we are looking for 2 new Audit and Accounts Trainees to join
our audit and accounts team. The audit and accounts department is made
up of managers, audit seniors and training staff studying towards a
mix of ACA, ACCA and AAT qualifications.
The ideal
candidate should have recently finished their academic studies at
either degree or A-level and be looking for a career in accountancy.
No previous accounting experience is necessary as full on the job
training and relevant training courses are provided.
The role
will include leading a variety of accounts preparation, audit work and
tax assignments as part of our audit and accounts team, the role is
split about 50% audit, 40% accounts and 10% tax.
Experience
of general office computer packages is advantageous but not essential,
good verbal and written skills are essential.
There will
be opportunity for the successful candidates to progress within the
firm and therefore they should be dedicated to a career in practice.
We will
provide a full training package that includes providing training
courses at Kaplan (formerly FTC), reimbursing travelling expenses and
paying professional and exam fees and paid study leave. We are happy
to support training for either the ACA, ACCA or AAT qualification and
Seymour Taylor are an approved training practice for both ACA and
ACCA.
